How do you handle access?
Collaborator access or a staff account on the stores you choose. We work in duplicate themes or your Git workflow, never directly on live themes.
Do you work with GitHub?
Yes. Shopify GitHub integration, Shopify CLI and pull requests into your repo, with your review process.
What does a ticket need?
The store, the goal, a design or reference, and the definition of done. If something is unclear we ask before we start, not after.
What hours do you overlap?
We overlap with UK mornings and US early mornings for calls. Most communication happens async in your Slack.
